Roxy Nights

I love the combination of styles and materials that is going on within these nights. To add energy to the design, I chose to highlight oak’s flowy end grain for the faces, and ran the grain horizontal versus vertical. Then I chose to use reeded oak faces to run perpendicular, calming it down a bit. The curved nights are supported by a hidden shim allowing them to appear to float and feel weightless even though they are topped with Arabesco Marble. The soft-closed drawers are all hand-built solid white oak, and use Hoffman’s Hammered Brass Pulls. A beautiful design collaboration between myself and Tineke Triggs for her 2023 Showcase Primary Bedroom.
